I recently finished reading 'Extreme Ownership: How U.S. Navy SEALS Lead and Win' by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin. These two former SEALS have formed a company that teaches how many of the principles used by the SEALS on their missions can be applied to business. I found it very interesting and informative, and anyone who can buy or borrow this book should do so.
